Justice to everyone according to Quran teachings, as all children born on this earth are equal by birth. All are human beings. As none of them are rich and poor, high caste or low caste, officer or servant. As everybody shall try to take care of rich parents child but few shall try to look at a child which born in a poor family. There are different categories of children that are born, some born in rich families, some born in poor families. But it is not the fault of anyone child to take birth in a poor family and it is no virtue of any other child to take birth in a rich family. Thus it is unfair to distinguish one from the other.
So it is absolutely wrong approach to distinguish between people from their low caste and the high caste.
Allah has said: We have honored humanity as a whole. (17/70)
Therefore all human beings who belong to any country, nation, or race, speaking any language having been born in a rich or poor family, or belonging to any religion are equal and worth of respect. Then the question arises that what is the position of one in society? The Quran says:
And to all are (assigned) degrees according to the deeds (which they have done). (46/19)
The person who does good deeds is more respectable in society than one who does bad deeds. On the other hand, the person who performs good deeds, if he begins to do bad deeds; his position in society shall be lowered. Similarly, the person who does bad deeds if he begins to do good deeds, the position shall be gradually raised in the society.
Thus one’s position in society shall be in proportion to the quality of his deeds. The Quran says: The most honored of you in the sight of Allah is the one who is more obedient to the laws of Allah Almighty. (49/13)
Most people give more importance to boys as compared to girls and men are considered superior to women. This is a very bad thing and its shows that there is no right for women in society.
According to the Holy Quran, men and women are all human beings, equal to each other by birth and equally worth respect
