Pakistani government always wants to improve the standard of the nation. They are working hard to improve the PIA Crew after several disasters occurred with firm and planes crashed on way. This is the fact many people want to avoid the national flight! This time another accident happened with the crew members of Pakistan Airlines (PIA). The United Kingdom’s hotels refused to rent rooms to PIA crew. They told the nation crew that female guests at hotel felt insecure due to presence of PIA crew.
What actually happened that UK hotels refused to rent rooms to PIA crew?
- It is being a tough year for Pakistan International Airlines and this time its crew faces the problems. The UK hotels refused to rent rooms to PIA crew, particularly male staff.
- The hotel put a scenario of various females residing in the same hotel. It added that it had received multiple complaints from the female guests. These guests have told that they feel insecure around the male crews of PIA.
- The fact is that hotel added that crew is involved in harassment of the female guests. Female guests added that crew is involved asking guests for their phone numbers.
- This is the reason Pakistan Airlines crew faced the problem to reside in the hotel. It all happens due to the recent accident of Pakistan and details are given below.
Public relation mishaps for airline this year:
- In May, a pilot is accused of endangering the lives of people. The pilot invited the Chinese female to accompany the man in the cockpit. The flight is moving from Tokyo to Beijing while passenger made the video of event.
- This person name is Imran Siddiqui, he record the video asking the women if the pilot was his relative/friend. The video is shared on the social media and gets viral in the world.
- According to Siddiqui, the woman was in the cockpit with the pilot for more than two hours. The fact is that she was alone with the man at one point in the cockpit. It is illegal for the unauthorized person to enter in the cockpit but this pilot risks the life of people.
Pilot found sleeping in Passenger seat:
- In May, another event happened when the pilot was sleeping in the passenger’s seat. The pilot leaves the plane in the hands of trainer for more than two hours and risk the flight. This pilot named Amir Akhtar Hashmi denied the allegations but he was suspended. Hashmi is a former president of the Pakistan Air Lines Pilots Association.
Drugs found at London Heathrow airport:
- The airline is also accused in the same month when the drug is found from the plane. British authorities confirmed that heroin is found on the London’s Heathrow airport. The crew is questioned for the drugs and later their passports had been confiscated.
Pilot allowed extra passengers:
- In February, the airline also received the international attention for their pilots. The fact is that two pilots allowed ten extra passengers on the flight. This flight is bound for Medina and forcing passengers to stand for three hours.
