Can we really put aside our weakness and work on strengths?
This is a reason in modern world trend is change and companies focus towards the strength of public. But it doesn’t mean we just forgot our weakness and never look towards them.
It is always important to develop a career consistent with our strengths. If your professional job requires you to do a variety of activities in which you have a weakness then you might fail. Therefore, it is important to identify skills and weakness and look for your interest.
You have to recognize how your strengths will fit with your study and job. It is difficult to find job position which is 100% of your interest. So it is better to get someone else who has strengths in that area, to perform an activity for an organization.
