You have to think about your routine activities and diet and always look after three days. It will indicate the changes on your body or whether you need to add a protein boost.
- Excessive Stress:
The stress is also a big reason when we are talking about losing hair. For instance, the death of loved one or stressful happening contributes towards the problem of hair. This is the worst condition as many people have a symptom like fever or swelling in feet and hands. - Iron deficiency:
This mostly happens to women as if they are facing heavy periods. It also happens if they are not consuming enough iron-rich diet and don’t have enough red blood cells. Make sure to eat balanced diet and food that are enriched with iron. Sometimes you adopt a new medicine then it will also become a reason of hair loss.
- Genetics baldness:
It also happens due to genetics and one of the most common reasons for losing hairs. The gene can be inherited from mother or father side of the family.
