Let’s cook some cheesy and creamy dinner on this weekend
Serve for 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 pound macaroni, any shape
1/2 kg boneless chicken
1 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup Oil
4 tablespoon chili garlic
1 glass Milk
3 tablespoons white flour
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon black paper
Salt as required
1 cups shredded cheese
Capsicum and green onion (if required)
Instructions:
1. Boil the macaroni:
Bring about 4 quarts of water over a high heat. Add Marconi, 2 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon of salt. Boil Marconi about 10 to 15 min. Drain with water and set aside.
2. Make a Red Sauce:
Heat oil over medium or high heat. Cook chicken until it gets golden brown then add soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, chili powder, salt and chili garlic sauce and mix them all together until oil comes out.
3. Make a White Sauce:
Turn the heat to low, melt the better and begin mixing flour into the milk. Add salt and black paper. Stir them until it gets thick
4. Layering:
In a large serving bowl, add first layer of red sauce, second layer of boil Marconi and third
layer or white sauce and so on.
5. Topping:
Sprinkle a shredded cheese on the top layer .bake it until the chess melt (usually 1 to 2 min)
Now your cheese macaroni are ready to eat enjoy with chilled drinks.
