  • The researchers added that butter is not going to be a major problem for the personal health but consumption of butter regularly surely increase risk of heart disease because it contains saturated fat
  • The scientists believe that healthy diet is typically based on fruits and vegetables, it doesn’t matter what you are eating but what matters is what you are eating in place of, butter neither effect the health but it is a choice of the person.
