Getting a good night sleep, wake up refreshed and restored with a clear head. It is such amazing, but sometimes it is just a dream of people. Almost rest of world will never get full night’s sleep – some will get sleep but still feel exhausted! Are you one of them?

So, the first question may arise in your mind – what counts as full night sleep? How many hours you require to get good night sleep and feel motivated next day. Normally, studies suggest you taking seven to eight hours of sleep is enough for staying productive next day. It’s no surprise if you feel exhausted next day when you don’t get good sleep.   1. You have sleep apnea:

It is a condition signaled by loud snoring, occurs when you briefly stop breathing. This is one of stressful health condition and you need to visit a doctor. In this situation, eventually, lead to temporarily stop breathing and restore proper oxygen levels. If you’re facing this condition, again and again, it will disturb rest of good night sleep. Usually, the sleeper has no idea about this kind of condition but it messes a person.

  1. Using the phone on a bed:

A lot of studies showing that people using a smartphone at bed will never get enough sleep. Actually, when you’re using an electronic device, it can interrupt brain’s ability. These devices are actually emitting harmful blue and green lights, keep struggle to feel asleep. It is better to put your smartphone off at night or keep these devices out of a bedroom.

  1. Grind your teeth:

You never able to know about this condition but your partner does. Grinding teeth while sleep is commonly known as bruxism. Well, this is a reason for people not getting enough sleep at night as it blocks a flow of oxygen. It will block airways and lead to waking up during the night. In some studies, bruxism is a common sleeping disorder, faced by people.

  1. Workout before bed:

Do you love to have some walk or do gym just before stepping into your bed? Well, if you’re following such routine then it will mess with your sleeping cycle. When you perform workout at night, it will increase cortisol and reduce melatonin secretion. It will also increase your body temperature, which makes it harder for a person to sleep.

  1. You love to watch movies:

Every day you download the latest movie and watch at night? Studies show that watching TV before bed is a common reason for a sleeping disorder. When you’re not paying attention to favorite TV serials but your brain is paying attention. Just wants to add, TV before bed is one of stressful condition for sleep.

Skip drinks if you want a wonderful night. If you drink, then you will go to more bathroom that causes you dehydrated in morning. More trips to the bathroom will also lead to disturbance in your sleep
