It’s true that in our society women have the desire to lose those last few pounds. Many of them feel guilty to eat a piece of cake or skipped gym when they are on a mission. They are just working out to meet the ideal weight – but what’s the ideal weight?
What if you are constantly dieting, but still want to lose weight for health reasons? Is there a target or ideal weight you should shoot for? This is frequently asked questions, but unfortunately, there is no appropriate answer. However, several frameworks help you:
Science can’t tell you:
The first thing to keep in mind science never tells you about the ideal weight of a body. Generally, people follow the rules of BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation but they are made only for scientists. This will help them to learn about health trends of a population.
For instance, if my height is (55”) the BMI considered anywhere between 111 to 150 pounds. It will never consider whether I am a man or woman. So, never focus on goals of technology as it will never describe the nutritional status, body fat percentage or strength.
Here’s the thing:
Biologically we have a set point weight range that our bodies will fight to maintain. Some of us have short height; some are tall while some are naturally larger or smaller. The weight point for every person varies with the genetics.
The fact is that we live in the culture that wants everyone smaller and attractive. But it is due to thinking and culture while large bodies are not liked in society. This is the world and in many places, women want to gain as much weight as possible. We need to grow up and change our thinking style and it will help us to live a fantastic life.
A scale doesn’t know:
The scale for the ideal weight of the body is never described. What is my ideal weight? This question always fundamentally flawed because it depends. For instance, if you are performing all the tasks regularly and feel energetic every day. This indicates that you have to maintain this health as long as much into old age.
The idea of scale differs with the passion of the people – Athletes want a different capacity level to perform goals. Life is short and awesome and does everything that you can to make it that way. None of the goals describe scale, so focusing there is not the right start.
Here’s what really matters:
Your body weight doesn’t matter for your personality and health, but the only thing matters are a healthy diet. Whether you’re consuming enough calories from the real food and exercising your body regularly. Sleeping time and strong relationship with friends and family matter a lot!
Don’t waste your time thinking about the right scale of the weight and working on different tips for losing weight. Stay focus towards the goal of health instead of losing pounds. No one can tell you about the ideal weight of the body and you have to figure it out yourself.
