Expert’s Advice to Dodge Excessive Red Meat Intake during EID

Eid-Ul-Azha the most pleasant time once in a year, everyone is sacrificing animals as an act of obedience. People are distributing the meat among poor and relatives and different barbeque arranged.

You can view celebrations everywhere but health experts have warned the people. They advised avoiding eating excessive red meat intake during Eid. The fact is that red meat will increase the risk of cardiovascular, kidney, liver and diabetes.

Different doctor’s recommendation to people on Eid:

The health experts always advise people to eat healthy food to stay away from the harmful disease. This Eid is popular for consumption of meat but experts reveal negative effects of over eating. Let’s have look towards experts’ advice:

  • Asif Majeed said that excessiveness of red meat intake on Eid is harmful to your body. He emphasized towards frozen meat as people stored their meat for several months. He added that frozen meat will have negative effects on kidneys and cause cardiac problems.
  • Wasim Khawaja said while speaking to the news that overeating on Eid will relate to gastric irritation. It also includes high cholesterol, acidity, abdominal contraction, nausea, diarrhea, heart problem. We are not stopping people from consumption of high calorie but excessiveness of anything is bad for health. Salad with a small intake of food is highly recommended.
  • Massood Ahmad added that eating low-fat food during Eid days is awesome. But Eid-ul-Azha contains mostly meat based food with high-calorie sauces, it should be avoided. People should need focusing towards Eid celebrations instead of consuming stuff. If you caught serious condition then you should consult a doctor without any delay.

 

The health experts provide different pieces of advice to the people. They added you should need to consume plenty of water instead of fizzy beverages to avoid excessive liquid calories. The experts suggested tea after every meal during EID. You just need to think about your health instead of excessiveness  of red meat intake.
