Two Pakistani organizations selected for Upwork’s Social Impact Program

The freelancer never ignores the importance of global platform ‘UpWork’ that hire the freelancer and provide them work according to their skills.
This time freelancing site has selected two Pakistani organizations for Social Impact program which is named as Women’s Digital League and Empower Pakistan. The aim of the program is to provide the chance to people living in poverty to help them self-sustain and support their families.

Women’s Digital League:

This program is specially designed for the women of Pakistan living in poverty to help the families and live a better life as they are facilitating women to earn money while sitting at home. The organization is owned by Pakistani women and provides a variety of services in different streams including Accounting, SEO, social media marketing, and writing.

Empower Pakistan:

This organization is working for the youth of the country to help better life and becomes the respectful citizen and earn better as the purpose of this program is to polish the skills of the youth and they become able to work as a freelancer. This organization works for the fields related to content writing, graphic designing, web designing and WordPress.

• You will stun to learn that Pakistan is one of the countries where millions of freelancer are working online and earning the living. The purpose of these programs is to provide the space where freelancer shows their skills and talent.
• The government of Pakistan also supporting the youth and women to work as a freelancer as they agreed to train more than one million people to work as a freelancer and earn their name in the world.
• The Upwork is the world famous platform based in San Francisco where the twelve million freelancers are already registered and had five million clients where three millions jobs are posted annually.
• This partnership has a great impact on Pakistan and more projects will also bring in Pakistan and encourage international organizations to meet freelancers in Pakistan.
